Mugen is a mysterious organization that is the case for the Eternal Crimson Night. Who are they? What is their true purpose? Apparently, only the leader knows. They are the only one who knows the true identities of all their members. And to make it worse, the members don't even know who this person is! This inconvenient practice is the only way to stump the cops if any member is captured. Here's a few rules and guidelines for those of you who have been admitted into the "family".
Mugen is not just something you join. You have to been invited by the Admin Account. Yes, I(Shadow/Amy) use this account to put up the rules and make the site pretty, but this is really the leader of Mugen's way of contacting all their members. Yes, there is only one leader of Mugen, and it could be anyone. If you get an invitation to join the group Mugen, follow the instructions carefully. If the PM is not replied to in a certain amount of time, your invitation will become invalid. If your invitation has become invalid, there is a slim chance that you will be re-invited.
Mugen is a catacomb of code names, designed encase two members interact with each other unexpectedly. You code name will be given to you upon invitation.
"We are here to rid Alagatiya of its huge amounts of criminal activity. No one can cleanse the human nature, but a good dose of fear into the system creates a barrier between those who know what is 'right', and choose to do wrong, and those who can't tell the difference. I do not claim that what we're doing is justice, or divine intervention, but I do not claim villainy either. Not everything can be done inside the law. Why? Because in this day and era, everyone has to be made happy over the better decision. How can the government say that one persons happiness is valued over another? Mugen is an organization as old as fifty years. But now it is time to take action, and help lift the thick fog that has fallen over this city. Alagastiya will not be lost!"

The Code of Mugen
- If you are a member of Mugen, you cannot tell people that you are a member. If you heard that someone was the cause for an Eternal Night in Crimson Insanity, would you be particularly happy with said person? No! Members of Mugen are to blend in with natural society.
- If you get an order from the leader, follow out with it as soon as possible.
- Whenever you're following out with orders, you must wear your mask and a black cloak to shield your gender. Orders are only to be carried out at the time of night in which most are asleep. Avoid larder areas. These orders should be carried out with care. Other precautions and rules will be disclosed in all orders.
- Though this was already said, you must blend. If you're a young member, you should be in school. If you're an elder member, than you should pretend to have a job and social life. Do nothing to make yourself suspicious!
